Bangalore, December 22, 1999-Cabletron Systems and Net ProActive Services today announced a strategic partnership. Through this partnership, Net ProActive Services will be an Outsourcing partner, manage customer enterprise networks and offer outsourcing services to customers globally. Net ProActive Services has powered its Network Operation Center, the first if its kind in India with "Spectrum" the flagship product of Cabletron's new software company, Aprisma and will offer NOC services the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

In addition Net ProActive Services will be an Authorized Training Partner and will provide training for Cabletron's customers and partners. The partnership will empower Net ProActive Services to provide training on the Spectrum platform as well as other products from Aprisma. The first training center will be set up in Bangalore followed by centers in Mumbai and Delhi. The company will also function as a reseller and an integrator for Spectrum.
