Bangalore, September 19, 2000- Net ProActive Services Ltd., India's first eBusiness and infrastructure solutions architects, has announced its Employee Stock Option Plan. The company has set aside 15% of its total equity base towards ESOP for its employees.

The move is a part of the company strategy to create value for employees through an IPO within 24 months. Mr. V Natarajan, CEO Net ProActive Services said, " Our Stock option plan is extremely employee oriented. We will be offering shares to our employees at par value, even when the investors have invested at a premium"

The ESOP package will cover all the employees who joined the company since its formation in November 1999. The ESOPs linked to promotions and performance bonus will be awarded on an ongoing basis.
