In this role, Timothy will be responsible for managing the business for the entire suite of IT Support Services of the company, namely, Remote Network Management, Remote Server Management, IT help desk and Technical Support Services. Timothy will also be involved in formulating and implementing strategies that will aid the company's entry into this new market. Timothy brings to Net ProActive Services over 12 years of technical and marketing expertise Prior to this, Timothy was the Director of Engineering for Nortel Networks. He was instrumental in positioning Nortel's emerging market groups with key customers in the company's western regions in the US. Timothy has worked with reputed companies like Raytheon International, Hughes Communications and Level 3 communications. At Raytheon International he was responsible for developing strategies for region wide network implementation projects in the Middle East.
