Ltd., today announced that Net ProActive Services, an IT Infrastructure
management company, has installed HP's OpenView, as the
integrated enterprise management foundation for its customers’
burgeoning infrastructures.
Net ProActive Services is India’s leading IT infrastructure company

across the globe. International Management and Resource Center
(IMaRC), located at Bangalore, is the first full-service managed
service provider (MSP) in India to provide round-the-clock,
remote monitoring & management across networks, systems and
security.
Net ProActive Services IMaRC is constantly challenged on a daily basis
in striking a balance between deploying people, technology and
processes in order to provide high levels of managed services to
its customers. In order to help optimize the
people-technology-process combination, IMaRC’s Managed
Internet Services is facilitated with HP's OpenView Web
Transaction Observer that tracks the availability, performance
& consistency of Internet services, which will serve its
customers better.

In addition, HP’s OpenView operations (formerly VantagePoint
Operations) played a key role in managing the network systems

round-the-clock. Delivered remotely, these services cover fault,
performance, security, configuration management, and onsite
services.
