The compensation program at Net ProActive Services
is
designed to achieve superior performance and to attract, retain
and motivate a highly competent team, which is critical to the
Company's success. The Company believes that these objectives
can best be obtained by directly tying compensation to meeting
performance goals.
In line with these objectives, the total compensation program
consists of two components:
Fixed Compensation
This, essentially entails the fixed component of total pay.
Relevant competitive markets, as well as the overall impact of
individual positions, primarily establish the fixed compensation
rate.
Variable Pay/Incentive Compensation
Variable Compensation is the percentage of total pay (this
varies for different functional groups as well as based on
impact of roles) that is measured through designated performance
objectives. Salary patterns within the same class of roles would
vary by the performance of individuals occupying the positions.
